Membership

To join, you must complete the application and direct debit forms, and pay the signup fee so your first package can be loaded to your account.

The signup fees are as follows:
EssentialCare: $65
SuperCare: $125
UltraCare: $250
EssentialSmooth: $49
SuperSmooth: $99
UltraSmooth: $199

Skincare Memberships
Memberships are ongoing and do not have a set end date. Monthly payments are debited on the 10th of each month. To cancel, a written notification must be sent to skincare@allaboutyou.co.nz at least one (1) month in advance. A minimum commitment of 6 months is required before any cancellation requests will be accepted. Cancellation of membership will not be accepted through our website or if requested via a therapist or staff member.

Permanent Hair Reduction Memberships
Payments are debited on the 20th of each month and the membership is automatically discontinued after the 12th payment. For early termination due to hardship, a cancellation fee equivalent to two months' membership payments will apply. To cancel, a written notification must be sent to skincare@allaboutyou.co.nz at least one (1) month in advance. A minimum commitment of 12 months is required before any standard cancellation requests will be accepted. Cancellation of membership will not be accepted through our website or if requested via a therapist or staff member.

General Terms
You will receive the number of treatments as defined by your selected plan. These treatments are not transferable and cannot be refunded. Membership payments will not be refunded due to early termination or failure to notify cancellation in writing to skincare@allaboutyou.co.nz. Treatments must be used as attended in your membership. Additional treatments can be purchased at the membership discounted rate. All About You 2016 Limited reserves the right to change membership terms and conditions from time to time. New terms will be posted on our website and available in-clinic. All About You 2016 Limited may cancel or revoke a membership at any time for any reason. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals.

Pricing
Membership pricing is available on our website www.allaboutyou.co.nz. The price charged for the Membership will be the price posted on the site on the date you sign up. All About You 2016 Limited reserves the right to change prices for Memberships at any time, but the increase will only apply to existing Members upon notification in writing.

Payment
One month's membership fee is due upon completing the application form. Payments are debited on the 10th (Skincare Memberships) or 20th (Permanent Hair Reduction Memberships) of each month. If a monthly direct debit or credit card payment fails, a processing fee of $15.00 will be charged, and membership entitlements will be suspended until paid. Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in their account to cover the monthly membership fee.

Guest Passes
EssentialCare members are entitled to 2 guest passes over a 12-month period. SuperCare members are entitled to 3 guest passes over a 12-month period. UltraCare members are entitled to 4 guest passes over a 12-month period. These guest passes give your guest 50% off the standard price of any non-discounted facial, excluding Dermapen, Carbon Laser, and Dermafrac treatments.

Members Discounts
The members' discount is applied to the standard listed treatment price at the time of treatment and does not apply to already discounted services, promotions, or specials. The discount does not apply to the purchase of retail products, gift vouchers, or other products.

Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering memberships and providing treatments. Your privacy is important to us, and we will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Liability
All About You 2016 Limited is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of using our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Members are advised to follow all safety instructions and seek medical advice if they have any health concerns prior to using our services.
