Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service fee.
- If you do not attend your appointment without notice (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
