Let me tell you a little bit about the products:
AVST Cleansing Lotion
This milk/cream cleanser is by far my favourite cleanser of all time. It has so many uses and is perfect for almost all skin types. It can be used with or without water and can be used morning and night. It is fantastic at removing make-up in one go, but it is always best to double cleanse to firstly get rid of the make-up, then to cleanse your skin.
This cleanser is pH neutral, so will not disrupt the acid mantle in your skin which, once stripped, can change the amount of oil and sebum produced by the skin.
AVST Moisturising Toner
Toners are generally used to rebalance the stripped acid mantle in the skin's surface. Since the Cleansing Lotion doesn't require a toner, this one is designed to moisturise the skin instead. It also contains essential vitamins and nutrients, including Niacinamide - a form of Vitamin B that assists topcial products to absorb deeper into the skin.
AVST Hydrating Exfoliant Mask
This mask can be used in a variety of ways due to the Kaolin clay ingredient. Firstly, as an all over exfoliating mask - apply a thin layer over the entire face and leave on for 20-30 minutes, gently rub away the mask then rinse. Secondly, as an overnight hydrating mask - apply a thin layer on top of your regular evening products and leave overnight. Wash off in the morning. Thirdly, as a spot treatment - apply a generous amount on an upcoming, existing or healing pimple, leave overnight then wash of in the morning.
