This Agreement is between Payleadr Pty Ltd ACN 615 881 162 and its related entities, including Payleadr (NZ) Limited NZBN 9429046336934, (we, us) and you (being a customer of the Business) and sets out the terms upon which we will arrange for your Nominated Account or Card to be debited for amounts due by you under this Agreement.

IPL Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership

  1. To join, I must complete the Application form via the Aglow membership platform.
  2. I must sign up for a minimum period of 12 months before any cancellation of my membership will be accepted.
  3. I will receive the number of IPL treatments as defined by my selected plan. These treatments are not transferable and cannot be refunded.
  4. If I wish to purchase additional treatments and add-ons over and above the IPL payment plan I have selected, then I can purchase this in clinic at the time of treatment.
  5. All About You 2016 Limited reserves the right to change membership terms and conditions from time to time and the new terms will be posted on our website and will be available in clinic.
  6. All About You 2016 Limited may cancel or revoke a membership at any time for continued failure of payment.

Pricing

  1. Pricing of our Memberships can be found on our website. The price that we will charge you for the Membership will be the price as posted on the site on the date you first sign up for a Membership. All About You 2016 Limited reserves the right to change prices for Memberships at any time; however, the increase will only apply to existing Members upon notification from management.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If I am dissatisfied with my membership plan for any reason, I may cancel my membership after the initial 6 months, giving 30 days written notice directly to All About You 2016 Limited at the email address: skincare@allaboutyou.co.nz.
  2. I understand that there is an early termination fee of two months' membership fees.

Skin Treatment Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership

  1. To join, I must complete the Application form via the Aglow membership platform.
  2. My membership does not have an end date whereby each month the payment is debited on a selected date and is only discontinued upon notification of cancellation of my membership plan. However, I must sign up for a minimum period of 6 months before any cancellation of my membership will be accepted.
  3. I will receive a number of membership treatments as defined by my plan selected. These treatments are not transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be refunded.
  4. If I wish to purchase additional treatments, over and above my membership treatments, then I can purchase these at the membership discounted rate.
  5. All About You 2016 Limited reserves the right to change membership terms and conditions from time to time, and the new terms will be posted on our website and will be available in clinic.
  6. All About You 2016 Limited may cancel or revoke a membership at any time for any reason.

Payment

  1. All payments for memberships are processed through the 3rd party payment platform Aglow.
  2. It is the member's responsibility to inform Aglow of any account changes.
  3. Any fees incurred due to outdated or incorrect account information provided by the member will be the responsibility of the member and cannot be waived.

Members Discounts

  1. The members discount is applied to the standard listed treatment price, at the time of the treatment and does not apply to already discounted services, promotions, or specials. The discount does not apply to the purchase of any retail products, gift vouchers, or other products.
